Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses Sleutelradar. They are short and written in plain language. The Dutch version prevails.

1. Who we are

Sleutelradar is a trade name of Yaasolutions, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

2. What Sleutelradar does

We search the websites of landlords and agents for new rental homes that match your search and alert you. With Pro, if you turn it on, we apply automatically on your behalf.

We do not rent out homes and are not an agent. You always rent directly from the landlord. We charge no commission to tenants or landlords.

3. No guarantee of a home

We do our best to find new homes as fast and completely as possible, but we cannot promise that you will find a home or be invited. The landlord decides. Listing details come from landlord and agent websites; we do not check all of them and cannot guarantee their accuracy.

We show a warning for listings that may be scams. Even without a warning: never pay before a viewing and a signed contract.

4. Automatic applications

If you turn on automatic applications, you instruct us to apply on your behalf to homes that match your search and rules (such as maximum rent and maximum applications per day). Make sure your profile is accurate: landlords rely on it.

You can turn automatic applications off at any time. We never apply automatically to listings that may be scams.

5. Trial, prices and payment

• After signing up you can use Sleutelradar free for 3 days, without payment details.
• Then you choose a plan: Basic or Pro, monthly or every 3 months. Current prices are on the website. All prices include VAT.
• A plan renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
• Payment is handled by Stripe, for example with iDEAL or credit card.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You cancel with one click in your account. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after that.

Not happy? Ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment via privacy@sleutelradar.nl and you get the full amount back. This goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal.

7. What we expect from you

• You use Sleutelradar only for yourself and your own home search.
• You provide honest information.
• You do not try to abuse, copy or overload the service.

If you do not follow these rules, we may block your account.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage from not finding or missing a home, from inaccurate third-party listings, or from outages of other websites. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy statement.

10. Changes and law

We may change these terms. We will tell you about important changes at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel free of charge.

Dutch law applies. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
